形成性评价在《急救护理学》临床护理教学中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of formative assessment in the clinical teaching of first-aid nursing. Methods 〓A total of 216 nursing students of academic year 2013 were selected as the control group, and another 226 nursing students of academic year 2014 were selected as the observation group. In the control group, the traditional evaluation method was carried out, and combined evaluation of the formative assessment summative assessment was carried out. Results 〓The score of final examination in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(78.16±6.42 vs. 70.13±10.56, P<0.05). Students in the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching and assessment methods compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). Nursing students of the observation group had higher degree of recognition on learning interesting, knowledge application, critical thinking, communication and presentation, teamwork, innovative awareness than that of students in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion Formative assessment is an effective tool to promote the formation of students' awareness of autonomous and learning interest, and enhance the students' self-efficacy and classroom mastery of teachers.
