艾慈灸穴位贴敷治疗寒湿阻络型膝骨性关节炎的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application with magnetic moxibustion in treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with syndrome of cold-dampness blocking collaterals. Methods 〓Totally 90 KOA patients with cold-dampness blocking collaterals syndrome were assigned to the treatment group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received routine treatment and diet instruction, and the acupoint application with magnetic moxibustion was carried out in the treatment group. The score of WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index and the clinical efficacy of treatment were assessed and compared between two groups. Results 〓There was a decreased score of WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index in both two groups after intervention, and the total score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(65.59±4.76 vs. 92.34±6.12, P<0.05). The overall effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, but with no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion 〓The acupoint application with magnetic moxibustion can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of KOA patients with cold-dampness blocking collaterals syndrome.
