胃脘痛的中药足浴护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the applicaiton of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath for patients with epigastric pain. Methods 〓Totally 80 patients with epigastric pain received traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and related nursing care according to the syndrome differentiation. The treatment compliance, satisfactory degree and efficacy on relieving epigastric pain were assessed after treatment. Results 〓There was only 1 patient who refused to take foot bath. There were two patents(1 case with syndrome of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach and 1 case with syndrome of heat depression in liver and stomach)unsatisfied with the nursing service. Except for one case with syndrome of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach, all patients received an obvious improvement of epigastric pain symptom. Conclusion 〓The traditional Chinese medicine foot bath is an effective treatment to relief the epigastric pain.
