糖尿病性视网膜病变的中医一体化护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the integrated nursing management based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods 〓Totally 55 DR patients were divided into the observation group(n=28)and the control group(n=27). The control group was give routine nursing management, while the observation group was given integrated TCM nursing management including atomization with herbal decoction, acupoint massage, balanced diet, emotional nursing and exercise. The scale of blurred vision and clinical efficacy were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The scale of blurred vision was(2.23±0.90)in the observation group and was(3.53±0.96)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The overall effective rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls(92.86% vs. 55.56%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The atomization with herbal decoction combined with other TCM nursing interventions can help to improve the visual quality in DR patients.
