牙周龈下刮治术中笑气-氧气吸入镇静技术的护理配合

[摘要] Abstract：Patients with periodontitis are commonly treated with periodontal subgingival scaling and root planning after oral prophylaxis. However, the fear of pain and invasive operation may lead to anxiety and poor compliance among patients. The oxide-oxygen inhalation sedation is proved to be a safety and effective way of relieve the dental anxiety. This paper reviewed the application of oxide-oxygen inhalation sedation in 30 patients who feared of periodontal subgingival scaling and root planning. All patients could cooperate with the dentist during treatment. Application of nitrous oxide-oxygen inhalation sedation is an effective conscious sedation in dentistry. It is also required to carry out comprehensive nursing cooperation during operative period, in order to improve the patients’ satisfaction and dentists’ work efficiency.
