[摘要] Masters thesis. Examines significant aspects of hydrogeology, hydrogeochemistry, and evidence of groundwater flow as basis for understanding groundwater distribution and development in permafrost regions. Engineering considerations on development of groundwater resources and prevention of icings are then discussed.
