[摘要] Rules relative to appeals made under section 6(6) of the Forest Ordinance. Every appeal to the Resident Magistrate shall be preferred in the form of a memorandum signed by the appelant or his advocate and presented to the Court of the Resident Magistrate (rule 3(1)). The Resident Magistrate shall send notice of the appeal to the District Commissioner, who shall then transmit to the Resident Magistrate all papers and exhibits relevant to the appeal (rule 4).
