Proclamation no. 810/2013 on energy

[摘要] This proclamation creates the Ethiopian Energy Authority. Among the rights and duties of the Ethiopian Energy Authority are included the promotion of energy efficiency and conservation, the development of short-, medium-, and long-term energy efficiency strategies, and the creation of energy efficiency standards and code.
