Decree No. 424/2011 on Wind Auction

[摘要] Given the below-expected prices obtained in the 2011 auction from the 159/2011 Decree, the Decree 424/2011 was set in order to allow developers who were unsuccessful with the 159/2011 decree to be awarded PPAs at USD 63.5/MWh for projects up to 50MW.
