Energy Efficiency and Conservation Roadmap

[摘要] The overall objective of this roadmap is to "make energy efficiency and conservation a way of life" in Philippines through "judicious conservation and efficient utilization of energy resources" which is planned to be achieved by adopting cost-effective options. The roadmap consists of short-, medium-, and long-term sectoral and cross-sectoral strategic guidelines.
