Act on Rational Use and Proper Management of Fluorocarbons

[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to establish guidelines for the Rational Use of Fluorocarbons and the Proper Management of Fluorocarbons used in Specified Products, and to set forth the responsibility of actors in order to control emissions.
