Intended Nationally Determined Contribution: Venezuela

[摘要] Venezuela intends to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by at least 20% compared to business-as-usual scenario by 2030, conditional upon the fulfillment of developed countries' commitment on finance, technology transfer and capacity building. The INDC document also proposes the implementation of the National Mitigation Plan.
