Local Tax and Fees Act

[摘要] This act establishes provisions on the levying of local taxes and fees, e.g. the property tax. Buildings using renewable energy technologies are exempt from the property tax. Electric cars, electric motorcycles and mopeds are exempt from paying the annual local tax.
