New National Energy Plan 2008 - 2016

[摘要] A national energy plan to 2016 was announced in May 2008. The plan predicts an annual growth of 1.4% in energy demand. The plan allots an investment of EUR 9.22 m in improving electrical infrastructure and of EUR 10.2 m in gas infrastructure. It calls for increased energy production capacity and diversifying the energy mix, by increasing wind- and gas-fired capacity and a reduction in other fossi fuel and nuclear generation. Extra effort to support renewables is also promised.
