Regulation on Energy Performance in Buildings Turkey 2007

[摘要] "This regulation provides that buildings with more than 2000 m² of usable space shall be equipped with a central heating system, and especially for buildings with more than 20.000 m² ways to use renewable energy and cogeneration facilities more is defined." (National Climate change Action Plan, 2011) It further requires buildings to meet minimum performance standards for architecture, heat insulation, heating & cooling systems, electrification, using Energy Performance Certificates (at least D class rating required).
