[摘要] "In 1997, the Government of Canada introduced a Model National Energy Code for Buildings (MNEBC 1997), which augmented the existing National Building Code with a set of energy-specific criteria on top of the National Building Code’s (NBC) existing health and safety requirements. National Building Codes in Canada do not have force in law, and are adopted (or adapted) by jurisdictions (provinces and territories) on an individual basis" (IEA, 2011)
