Private Generation of Wind Energy (Decree 158/012)

[摘要] The Decree 158/012 allows industrial consumers, which generate wind energy, to establish contracts with the National Electricity Utility (UTE). The contracts are defined for three different types of generation configurations: on-site generation, off-site generation and generation in partnership with other parties.
