Fare-Free Public Transport in Tallinn

[摘要] Since January 2013, the residents of Tallinn can use public transportation for free. A green card, delivered to locals for 2€, only applies to residents. Visitors and tourists (even from other parts of Estonia) are to pay a fare. Considering the popularity of the measure, the Estonia government has announced in July 2013 that all counties can implement similar local policies.
