Exhaust Emission Controls Act (2011:318)

[摘要] In order to implement changes from the EU Fuel Quality Directive in Swedish law, the Exhaust Emission Controls Act and the Fuels Act replaced the Act on Exhaust Emissions Control and Fuels for Motor Vehicles (SFS 2001:1080) in May 2011. The content of the new Exhaust Emission Controls Act is the same as the previous regulation, but contains certain clarifications needed to comply with EU standards.
