Executive Decree No. 41578 extending the national moratorium on oil exploration and exploitation

[摘要] In February 2019, Costa Rica reformed its Executive Decree No. 41578. With this reform, it extended the national moratorium on oil exploration and exploitation from September 2021 until the end of 2050.
