IDEA - Regional Governments Agreements Program (E4)

[摘要] The first E4 strategic effort involves sets of agreements between the national government’s Institute for Diversification and Saving of Energy (IDAE) and Spanish regional administrative governments to support actions that improve energy efficiency in various sectors. The budget for these actions is supported by IDAE and the regional governments in a 77%–23% split.
