Law No. 5598 on Energy Efficiency Fund

[摘要] The Fund is established to support energy efficiency initiatives and introduce incentive and support measures for energy efficiency improvements and energy saving in buildings, in particular in the residential sector. It takes into account the national plan for energy efficiency, reducing carbon dioxide emissions under the Paris agreement, and upholding Ukraine’s international obligations in the area of energy efficiency.
