Regulation of Guarantees of Origin (GOs) of Electricity Produced from RES and High-Efficiency CHP Generation Plants

[摘要] Ministerial Order ITC/2914/2011: This Ministerial Order modifies the former Ministerial Order ITC/1522/2007, of 24th May, that establishes the regulation for Guarantees of Origin (GOs) of electricity produced from renewable energy sources and high efficiency combined heat and power (CHP) generation plants. It incorporates Article 15 of Directive 2009/28/EC into Spanish law, in relation to the system of Guarantees of Origin of electricity produced from renewable energy sources and high efficiency combined heat and power (CHP) generation plants.
