2013 Green Building Action Plan

[摘要] Under China’s 2013 Green Building Action Plan, "20% of all new buildings have to be green and that all newly built public buildings and affordable housing financed by the state have to be green certified" by 2015. "The 2-star and 3-star buildings will be eligible for state subsidies and local planning priorities. The local governments are required to develop their own action plans to at least be compatible with that of the central government." (Zhou, 2015)
