[摘要] Executive The Policy aims to promote a national response to reduce the vulnerability of the country against climate change. It has five axes: promoting adaptation; promoting mitigation; integrating climate change at all levels; developing funding instruments; and promoting research, development and technology transfer and adaptive management.
