Mobility Agreements (Flanders)

[摘要] Since 1996, Flemish communities have been able to sign an agreement with the regional public transport company, the Flemish Government and other stakeholders such as schools, in order to develop an integrated multimodal mobility plan. This has to cover a broad range of mobility and road-safety measures, such as promoting and giving priority to public transport, limiting (or freezing) the number of car parking places, and the construction of bicycle-tracks.
