[摘要] The promotion of heating optimization is to be done by installing modern, high-efficiency pumps or carrying out the hydraulic balancing, which optimally distributes the heat in the building. The programme aims at motivating heating owners with attractive, non-repayable subsidies, in order to replace inefficient pumps and implement optimisation measures on the entire heating system.
