Power Development Plan (PDP) 2018-2037

[摘要] This plan aims to foster energy efficiency and to bring energy security to Thailand. It reduces the share of coal in the electricity generation, but also foresees an increase of the natural gas contribution. The PDP sets a goal of new power capacity of 56,431 MW, of which renewable energy projects are planned to account for 20,766 MW, or about 37%.
