Law No. 32 on the Electric Sector

[摘要] Articles 2 (3) and 3 (1) aim at supporting the production and use of renewable energy, alongside enhanced energy efficiency. Article 28 sets preferable tariffs to small private producers and from industrial actors when the energy surplus can be sent to the grid.
