National Electricity Plan (RUKN)
[摘要] This plan provides guidance on investment and funding, and the government targets on increasing the use of renewable energy resources and electrification Targets - current: 19% new and renewable energy (incl. nuclear) by 2025 (see below). The Energy and Mineral Resource Ministerial Decree No 1567K/21/MEM/2018 now stipulates a target of 23% by 2025 - planned: 25% new and renwable energy (incl. nuclear) by 2025 RUPTL (electricity plan) Figure of electricity 2025 (GWh) OIL 3312 0.6% COAL 265599 50.3% GAS 155352 29.4% HYDRO 54993 10.4% GEO 42484 8.0% NRE 5981 1.1% IMPORT 258 0.0% 527979 100.0% "Based on the RUPTL, after optimising all the renewable potential, the projected fuel mix from renewables will increase from only 11% in 2016 to 19% in 2025. As such, utilisation of an additional 5GW of gasfired generation is required as a contingency plan if the renewable target cannot be met" (PWC, 2016). There are some differences in the goals expressed in various planning documetns, but the common priorities are evident (ADP, 2015). The National Energy Policy Figure for electricity 2025 in the energy outlook projects higher shares for NRE electricity (28.45): TWH COAL 237.24 49.4% GAS 106.42 22.2% HYDRO 40.15 8.4% GEO 36.95 7.7% BIOFUEL 25.09 5.2% BIOMASS 25.09 5.2% SOLAR 1.94 0.4% WIND 1.94 0.4% NUCLEAR 5.18 1.1% 480.00 100.0%
