[摘要] "In 2005, approval of an amendment (Law 11.132) to a federal law regarding the national system of protected areas (SNUC; Law 9.985/2000). This amendment allowed the federal government to establish special ‘areas of provisional administrative limitations (ALAP)’ as a means to restrict activities that may pose severe environmental risks in locales where studies are being conducted for the creation of new protected areas."
