Royal Decree 841/2002 on Changes on Special Regime

[摘要] Royal Decree (841/2002) specified changes to the special regime, regulating installations producing electricity from renewables and the incentives for them to participate in the energy market. It included a series of obligations concerning disclosure of their production forecasts and other information, as well as rules for the purchase of the electricity generated by energy traders. Installations with a generating capacity > 50 MW using renewable/nonconsumable energy sources are required to submit offers for the sale of electricity via the market operator. Generators covered by the system are guaranteed a price equal to that offered by the market plus € 0.009015/kWh as a power guarantee, in addition to the premium due under the legislation.
