Vesicle Trafficking: A Rab Family Profile

[摘要] A new tool-kit has been developed for profiling expression and function of Rab GTPases on a genome-wide scale. Use of this tool-kit has revealed unexpectedly that at least half of Drosophila Rabs have neuronal-specific expression patterns and localize to synapses.
