[摘要] In view of the growing number ofprojects in the social sector, the study previewed by thisarticle examines procurement and disbursement issues inBank-financed projects with community participation tocollate and analyze Bank-wide experience, to identifyissues, present cases of best practices, and suggest, wherefeasible, possible enhancements to existing policies and procedures.
