[摘要] Smart cards, electronic checks, andelectronic money alternatives combined with broadlyavailable communications facilities such as the Internet arerapidly increasing the choices for retail payments. They arealso increasing the risks. The author reviews the lessonsfor risk management from the earlier technological changesin the wholesale system.
