[摘要] Sydney Water, a statutory corporationresponsible for capturing, storing, treating, andreticulating Sydney's water, has contracted forprivately built, owned, and operated (BOO) treatment plants.By the end of the century, these plants will treat almostall the drinking water consumed in Sydney. The authorsreview the BOO bidding process, the risk-sharingarrangements between Sydney Water and the treatmentcompanies, and the new regulatory process for setting water prices.
