Operational Readiness Review Implementation Plan for K Basin Sludge Water System.

[摘要] The purpose of this ORR is to confirm the contractor's ability to safely start Sludge Waster System (SWS) operations in the K-East Basin North Loadout Pit (NLOP) and the readiness of Richland Operations Office (RL) line organization to effectively oversee the contractor. This Implementation Plan provides the overall approach and guidelines for performance of the DOE ORR at KE Basin for the NLOP activity. A separate Implementation Plan will be developed for the DOE ORR at the Radiochemical Processing Laboratory (RPL) or an alternate facility selected to treat or store the sludge packaged in the Large Diameter Containers (LDCs). Appendix A contains the Criteria and Review Approach Documents (CRADs), which define the review objectives and criteria, as well as the approach for assessing each objective. ORR results will be published in a final report.
