Waste Management Project Quality Assurance Program Plan. Revision 4.

[摘要] The report updates the Waste Management Project (WMP) Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP) to reflect organizational changes resulting from the split of WMP and Analytical Services, and the transition to a project/function group structure. It integrates the ISMS principles into the Quality Assurance Program. It upgrades the environmental requirements to better reflect the information contained within QAMS 004/80. Updates referenced procedures and documents to reflect changes and cancellations made since the last revision of the QAPP was issued. This is a total rewrite of the document, therefore, no revision bars are included.
