Hazards Analysis for the Plutonium Finishing Plant Polycube Stabilization Process.

[摘要] A hazards analysis was performed to identify and evaluate hazards associated with the stabilization of plutonium-bearing polystyrene cubes and fragments ('polycubes'). This document describes the methodology and presents the results of the hazard analysis performed. The Hazards and Operability Study (HazOp) technique was used to identify the hazards associated with the polycube stabilization process.
