The study of Co 2+ on waste lithium-ion batteries with acid leaching
[摘要] In order to reduce the waste lithium ion battery pollution to the environment, and realize the recycling of valuable resources. The paper studied the process of the citric acid leaching extraction of Co 2+ from waste lithium battery cathode material. We investigated the influence of five factors (citric acid concentration, reaction temperature, solid-liquid ratio, acid leaching time, the amount of reducing agent) acid on extracting rate of Co 2 + . The results show that the optimum technological conditions are the concentration of citric acid for 1 mol/L, the amount of reducing agent for 1vol. %, solid-liquid ratio of 3g/100ml, reaction temperature 70°C, reaction time 120 minutes. In this condition, the extraction rate of Co 2+ reaches 96%.
