Chronicle of an Indian psychiatrist's mindfulness journey retold

[摘要] This article describes the author's discovery of mindfulness and its method and describes the bias against mindfulness even at the beginning of the 21st century. The short essay also throws light on recent developments in mindfulness training and practice in the world and in the state of Kerala in South India.
