[摘要] This Emergency Ordinance, consisting of 7 articles, provides for dairy and bread products for primary school feeding in public education. The Romanian Government adopts the present emergency Ordinance establishing free grant for students in grades I-IV in public education in dairy and bakery daily limit value of 7.000 lei/learner.
