[摘要] This Law regulates state registration of trademarks of legal persons registered in accordance with the national legislation, legal protection of trademarks and utilization thereof. Trademarks shall be subject to registration by the authorized state body in the sphere of intellectual property. State registration of trademarks shall be voluntary.
