Ministerial Decree concerning protection measures against the bovine spongiform encephalopathy with respect to infant food.

[摘要] With a view to enforce protective measures against the spreading of the disease among children, the Decree prohibits the production, import and placing on the market of infant food containing offal of ruminants. As a consequence, all the authorizations relevant to infant food containing brain or liver of ruminants, issued according to the provisions of Ministerial Decree of 21 February 1994, are revoked.
