Wine and Spirit Drinks Act (Act No. 89 of 1999).

[摘要] This Act provides for the conditions of production, processing, trade in and control of wines, products of wine and grapes, and alcoholic drinks. The Act shall create conditions for the rehabilitation and development of the vine and wine sector, for improvement of the quality of wines, etc.
