Ministerial Decree laying down guidelines for the elaboration of a manual concerning milk traceability.
[摘要] According to article 5(4) of Ministerial Decree of 27 May 2004, persons engaged in the production of fresh milk shall adopt a written set of instructions concerning the procedures for the identification and traceability of milk. Such set of instructions shall be adopted by following the guidelines laid down in Annex A to the present Decree. Moreover, Annex A to Decree of 27 May 2004 shall be replaced by Annex B hereto.
