Pharmacy (Amendment) Act, 2010 (No. 9 of 2011).

[摘要] This Act amends the Pharmacy Act in provisions relating to, among other things: establishment and functions of the Pharmacy Council; procedure for licensing premises and registration of licensed premises; prohibition of unlicensed premises as pharmacy; cancellation and suspension of a licence; constitution and function of Board of Inspectors; and regulation-making powers of the Minister.
