Order No. 340 of the General Director of State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Certification validating Regulation on certification of foodstuffs.
[摘要] This Order establishes rules for compulsory certification of foodstuffs for safety in accordance with the requirements set by normative documentation. The purpose of testing shall be to reveal the presence of toxic substances, pesticides, radionuclides, mineral substances, and to establish the degree of genetic modification of foodstuffs. Analysis and product testing shall also reveal compliance of foodstuffs with marking and labelling of the produce.
