Calibration method for direct conversion receiver front-ends

[摘要] Technology induced process tolerances in analog circuits cause device characteristicsdifferent from specification. For direct conversion receiver front-ends a systemlevel calibration method is presented. The malfunctions of the devices are compensatedby tuning dominant circuit parameters. Thereto optimization techniques are appliedwhich use measurement values and special evaluation functions.
