Determinacion del nivel optimo de proteina al utilizar cachaza de palma africana como fuente de energia en raciones para cerdos de engorde
[摘要] AfeedingtrialwascarriedoutonacommercialpigfarmlocatedinVillavicencio-Meta,400mabovesealevel,24°Caveragetemperature,70%relativehumidityand3500mmanualrainfall.Fourtypigs,commercialcrossesofYorkshirexLandracewithequalnumbersofmalesandfemales,ofaverageliveweight20kg,weredistributedatramdomintofourgroups.Thebasaldietwasadlibitumoilpalmresidue(23%oil,5%Nx6.25,15%fibre).Thetreatmentsweredifferentamountsoffortifiedsoyabeanmeal(FSM)(98.6%soyabeanmealplusmineralsandvitamins)asfollows:T0(control)0.50,0.64and0.9kg/dFSMinthethreephasesofrearing,growthandfatteningrespectively;Th,TmandTlreceivedamountsof0.64,0.57and0.50kg/dofFSMgivenuniformlythroughoutthethreephasesofthefatteningcycle.Forthetotalcycle(22to90kg),thetreatmentwithbestperformancewasT0(558g/d)followedbyTm,ThandTlwith545,532and505g/d,withnosignificativedifferencebetweenthetreatments.ThehighestintakeofoilpalmresiduewasonTl(2.566kg/d)followedbyTh,T0andTmwith2.45,2.33and2.23kg/d,respectively.Theconclusionfromthisexperimentisthatwhenthebasaldietislowinprotein,andthegreaterpartoftherequiredaminoacidshavetobesuppliedbysoybeanmeal,thenmuchlowerlevelsoftotalproteinarerequired(200g/animal/dthroughoutthegrowth-fatteningcycle)comparedwithwhencerealgraindietsareused.Thispermitsconsiderablesavingsincostsandmakesiteconomicallyviabletousebyproductssuchasoilpalmresidueasthebasisofpigproductionsystems.
